| Q: What are the dates and times for events during AeroTest America 2008? |

AeroTest America Expo & Forum will officially begin Monday, November 17th, 2008, with a number of technical tour programs, industry meetings, and an icebreaker cocktail reception for exhibitors and guests from 6:00– 8:00 p.m.
Exhibition hours are:
- 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 18th
- 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19th
- 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 20th
During the course of these hours will be targeted technology forums, a series of master classes, and special feature exhibits, as well as off-site technical tours. With prior approvals from tour hosts and show organizers, members of the press may be able to secure interviews and spots on various tours, and have special access to interview keynote and other industry leaders during the course of the week. |
| Q: How do I register as press for AeroTest America? |
| A. |
Press pre-registration may be accomplished on-line via our Media Credentials form. This pass will provide access to the press room, and other areas of the exhibition not available to the general public. It will also provide an all-access pass to exhibition hospitality events. We regret that only editorial staff, journalists, television, radio broadcasters, web portal contributors and freelance writers assigned to cover AeroTest America will be provided with press credentials. We do welcome publishers and advertising reps, as well as representatives of our valued media partners, to register through our Media Credentials page with correct designations.
Please note that due to availability, Media Credentials will not be issued to sales, marketing nor public relations or MarCom agency representatives. |
| Q: What can I expect to receive as a credentialed member of the media during AeroTest America Expo & Forum 2008? |

As a credentialed member of the media, the PR team at AeroTest America committed to providing:
- Regular updates on the event, from date of registration thru show opening day
- Advanced notification of keynotes, special features, on-site tours, and special guests; special assistance in pre-show scheduling of interviews with exhibitors show organizers, and special guests of AeroTest America 2008
- Full use of the media center during the exhibition, which provides:
- Media kits, technical workshop overviews, keynote bios and fact sheets
- Computer terminals with internet connection and WiFi; refreshments and meeting room space (subject to availability)
- Full access to all networking and hospitality events

| Q: Can I register on site during the event? |

To ensure availability of Media facilities and services while on-site, and best possible access to all aspects of the conference program, pre-registration is highly recommended. If there are unforeseen circumstances which lead to a last-minute registration, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

| Q: Will AeroTest America provide on-site facilities for the media to prepare and file stories? |

Yes, the fully staffed AeroTest America Expo & Forum Media Room will be open to all credentialed press and will be located on-site at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Each editorial team pre-registered for the event will have its own designated on-site mailbox for receiving releases and other materials throughout the show. For your convenience, we will also invite our exhibitors to leave their press kits in specially designated areas outside of the press room. There will also be a limited number of computer terminals, phones and work space available in the press room, as well as meeting space and refreshments, available on a first-come, first served basis.

| Q: Will AeroTest America make photographs from the Conference & Exhibition programs, special feature and tours available to the press? |

AeroTest America will release various photos for public use, with approval from the keynotes, technical tour hosts, and show organizers. These will be available post-show via our website, in high resolution .jpg format suitable for print publication.

| Q: As an advertising representative or publisher, how does my publication ensure copies of my magazine are available to attendees? |
| A. |
We welcome an opportunity to help cross-promote your publication during our event. Priority for display and distribution of relevant industry trade publications will be given to our valued Media Partners.
